J. Timothy Price

Tim Price was born in Duluth, Minnesota, in 1953. He received his undergraduate degree in 1976 from Concordia College in Moorhead, MN, graduating magna cum laude. While at Concordia, Tim served as Business and Advertising Manager of the college newspaper, and was a member of the college track team, specializing in the discus and javelin. Tim won the javelin competition in the conference track meet during his senior year.

He attended law school at the University of North Dakota, earning his J.D. degree in 1979 with distinction. While in law school, Tim was a member of Law Review, served as president of the local chapter of the Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity, and was graduate of the year in 1979. After graduation, Tim moved to Arizona where he was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona and has been practicing law since October 1979.

Tim’s Career

Tim started out as a general practice attorney, but for the last 15 years or so has devoted his energies to helping people with their personal injury claims.

Tim’s integrity and strong sense of fairness have earned him the respect of his clients, staff and colleagues. He is an able advocate and negotiator, and makes sure that client settlements, even in the most difficult of situations, are in the best interests of his clients and fair to all parties.

Over the past 23 years, Tim has successfully represented hundreds of accident victims, and most of Tim’s business is the result of referrals from satisfied clients, their family members and acquaintances.

Personal Life

Married since 1978 to his high school sweetheart, Tim and his wife, Deborah, have two children, Michael and Matthew.

Tim enjoys sports, including golf, but receives most of his enjoyment in life from family activities.

Tim is an active member of Tanque Verde Lutheran Church and the Homestead Cemetery Association.
